We are equipped with six Japanese Makino ultra precision electric discharge machines, and our mirror spark process can achieve the ultimate surface smoothness of Ra ≤ 0.1 μ m. Through the collaborative application of intelligent discharge control system and titanium alloy electrodes, the precision of the mold cavity is stably controlled within ± 2 μ m, completely solving the micro trace defects of precision optical devices, light guide components and other products. Build a fully automatic precision wire cutting matrix with high-end slow wire cutting equipment from Shadick and Shamir as the core. Equipped with 0.02mm ultra-fine copper wire and constant temperature hydraulic control system, it achieves continuous cutting accuracy of ± 1.5 μ m and taper machining error of<0.005 °/mm. It is particularly skilled in processing ultra complex structures such as multi cavity molds for medical devices and precision forging molds for turbine blades, and has completed the manufacturing of over 200 sets of precision grade (IT4-IT6) molds, with technical certification passing the ISO 13485 medical system standard.

A senior testing team operates the Hexagon Global Advantage CMM and Zeiss CONTURA G2 scanning system to build a digital testing loop. We use VDI/VDE 2617 standard to perform full dimensional inspection, with a detection resolution of 0.3 μ m, and automatically generate SPC analysis reports that comply with ISO 9001 standards. Over the past three years, we have produced more than 10000 testing reports, helping customers increase their product batch qualification rate to 99.98%. We use the standard of copper precision 0.01 and mold core 0.03 as the basic requirement, which is much higher than the industry standard.

We have introduced the German T-fast five axis laser texture processing center, which integrates 1200+digital texture libraries and dynamic focusing technology. It can achieve a 0.02-1.5mm depth gradient texture on materials such as PP, PC, ABS, etc., with a positioning accuracy of ± 25 μ m. This technology breaks through the limitations of traditional etching, enabling customized technological textures for automotive interior parts, electronic device casings, and other products. The annual processing capacity reaches 450000 pieces, helping customers increase product premiums by 15% -30%. 3D laser technology is based on CNC technology, which replaces CNC cutting tools with infinite laser capabilities and uses laser engraving principles to achieve effects that cannot be achieved by cutting tools and etching techniques. It produces various three-dimensional 3D textures, leather shoe textures, sewing thread textures, wire drawing textures, and other textures. We have also created pattern effects and will provide a small number of classic textures for your reference.

We are equipped with Swiss Golden Horse electrostatic spraying robots and UV curing systems, integrating value-added processes such as screen printing, laser engraving, ultrasonic welding, fully automatic dispensing, transfer printing, and flat/curved UV color printing. Relying on constant temperature and humidity dust-free workshop environment control, ensure that the film thickness deviation is ≤ 3 μ m and the adhesion meets ASTM D3359 5B standard. We are particularly skilled in waterproof ultrasonic welding processing and have a mature oil spraying laser engraving re oil spraying process chain. The buttons we produce have excellent wear resistance and fade resistance. The annual processing capacity exceeds 5 million pieces, supporting 7 types of surface effects such as metal paint and rubber paint, with a yield rate 22% higher than traditional processes, providing one-stop surface solutions for consumer electronics and home appliances.
